This started out as an interview of how Trump is losing big business support but it morphed into a discussion of Cubans latest venture. He has a company called "Cost Plus Drugs". He has found a way to cut through the present pharmacy system with huge savings on drugs. His company does generic drugs and saves enormous amounts by focusing on transparency in pricing:

He started with 111 different drugs when the started and is up to 2500 now. There is resistance by the middleman, but they are slowly overcoming that. Please note. The buyer pays for his drugs directly rather than going through his insurance provider. In other words, even though your insurance provider claims that they pay part of your drug costs that is not really the case. The following is an article from JAMA where they claim that even with insurance a person pays about 12% less than using Cuban's company. This could easily be his source of his next billion dollars:
