Holy means belonging to God, as in important to him. Sanctified by him. Revelation simply means revealed. So a holy revelation would be something revealed by God, yes. To a human messenger.

Then where is a Holy Book including the dialogs of Gog and Jesus?

There are 3 different Gogs mentioned in the Bible. One a descendant of Reuben (1 Chronicles 5:3-4) one, the leader of a multinational assault against God's people mentioned in Ezekiel and finally a collection of "those nations in the four corners of earth" who are mislead by Satan once he is released from the abyss. I assume you mean the latter of the three.

I don't understand why one would suggest there were a Holy Book including a dialog between any of these and Jesus. Could you elaborate?
