How do we know the Bible was not written by demons?

I know I know, because they don’t exist.

But suppose if you believed in demons and believed that demons can impersonate the dead.

Demons could have stolen Lazuras body and impersonated him, and the same for Jesus, or Jesus Himself could even be a demon in league with other demons.

We know from that scandal revealing book Good Omens that demons can't do to us what we do to each other so some are saying "why bother". Further, our lawyers are much better at drawing up legal contracts than demon lawyers so they're studying what we put up with for hints.

So I think it's unlikely they wrote the Bible since we're so efficient at arguing about it, getting angry about it and even torturing and slaughtering each other about it on the past. All they need to do is to sit back and collect souls.

So this is going to be my second video post. I just read another thread and replied by means of video. So I though I'd try it again here. The reply to your question. I am thinking of doing this more as I have time.

Thanks for taking the time to reply.

What about the story of Buddha defying the demon Mara.

Would the same logic apply that since a kingdom divided against itself cannot stand therefore Buddha can not have been demonic?

If Buddha indeed had power over Satan then he would not have been searching for enlightenment.

Interestingly it is said that Buddha picked up a hand of leaves and looking at his disciples told them:

"What I have taught you is comparable to the leaves in my hand, what I have not taught you is comparable to the amount of leaves in the forest."

And Gautama the Buddha really had very very little to say about God. And he NEVER claimed to be God. He said:

"If there is a God, it is inconceivable that He would be concerned about my day-to-day affairs,” and “there are no gods who can or will help man.”

So from Gautama's own words, he did not know God, and didn't believe he was concerned with us. A very stark contrast to the teachings and power of the Christ.

The Bible defines who demons are so....... Whoever it considers demons are demons. Basically in the Bible demons are just a name for angels on the other side of the heavenly political spectrum as Jesus.

A Kingdom can have the appearance of dividing itself but in fact not be. For instance, double agents or the idea of the Illuminati. Having the appearance of being divided allows a government to have control of both the true believers and dissenters. It is a good strategy. Another example is the Book 1984 in which the government says there are rebels when in fact they are the ones who instigated the rebellion for their own benefit.

So you are saying that Buddha did not defy Mara?

What about Krishna and His defeat of demon Narakasura?

How could he defy the demon if he did not find God? Humans are not more powerful than them.

As for Krishna, in the Epics, because no Sruti was inspired the writers weaved fabulous fables.

Did you know the Mahabharata states that: "that at one time humans multiplied without dying and became so many that “there was no space to breathe."
Mahabharata 12:248-250

In the Gita Krishna says he is God. In the Ramayana Rama does not claim to be a god but merely a human suffering for his sins.

The epic poems in the Epics were sung in courts of kings at great festivals, and while sprinkled with historical events, many religious fables were added.

D. Kosambi says that "the Bhagavad-Gītā, a discourse supposedly uttered by the god Krishna just before the fighting. The god himself was new; his supreme godhead would not be admitted for centuries afterwards.”

Nothing my eye, Something for sure
How far will one go to accept God?

God say, blindly I do?

Even God must show himself to be God? No?

Bible asks to prove me, test me! , Try the spirits!

Better no God at all, then a bad one!

I'm not luke warm to that!

How many father's doing what Abraham did? What's the lesson in having to offer up his son?
The lesson being that without God Abe and his son are nothing. And God commands to even ask for that.

Oh, and everyone knows that Abe was even a real historical figure somehow!

Bible says it's obvious truth! It's a lesson in gullibility! And fearfulness! Wishful thinking!

Believe this tale, believe that tale. Go against everything observable!

Fall for every pretty word, and senseless violent deeds ignore of it.

Rationalize it to death!

It says God, so God it must be!

Abandon reason and lean not on your own understanding. So blindly accept something beyond understanding I guess.

The uttermost sinner in heaven. Serial killers repent.

Must be my atheist dishonesty that rejects it.

I fail to see it's simplicity. Innocent must pay for the guilty. I guess that's the one.

Free pass for criminals to be called royalty with God. Sinners all of a sudden saints.

Or maybe it's cause to enjoy seeing non believers be damned. Yechhh!

Thanks for the video. It is awesome that you are doing them.

I would have a problem with many points in your video.

Starting with your ending question as to why would the Bible reveal the identity of Satan if in favour of him:

The problem with this is that it assumes that the Bible is indeed telling the truth about who Satan is. It could be telling a lie.

As for your other points about why would Satan's Kingdom be divided against itself:

If one believes that only one religion is right and the rest are governed by Satan, then we know from history that those different religions have fought each other, so would that qualify as Satn's Kingdom fighting against itself? Those wars also haven't lead to the destruction of religions for the most part, and example would be the fighting between Hinduism and Islam.

Also, as mentioned earlier, letting his Kingdom fight against itself, or giving the illusion of two sides fighting can certainly benefit him. For all we know, Jesus didn't actually exorcise demons, but said a few words and the demons acted as if they were being exorcised, so that Satan could lay Jesus as the foundations of Christianity which would serve his purposes.

It is a good thing that people are not naive and they always ask whose work is this and what is the background information of the writer or writers. Otherwise we would be believing in a man or men whose character cannot withstand public scrutiny. When a man authors a book or a set of writings which promotes faith, hope and love but he himself could not practice then we could categorize him as a fraud and a hypocrite.

The devil could not write something which God because the devil is the enemy of God. The devil will not write to love God with all your heart, with all your soul and with all your strength but would rather write the opposite way. The devil would not write to love your neighbor and to love your enemies but rather he would write about the necessity of owning slaves, maltreatment of enemies to the point of sadism and mercilessness. He would write his depraved philosophy of having orgies with slaves, the thrills of promiscuity, the adventures of polygamy and the joys of pedophilia.

There is no truth in the devil and this was revealed by the Lord Jesus Christ when he said:

John 8:42-45 New International Version (NIV)
Jesus said to them, “If God were your Father, you would love me, for I have come here from God. I have not come on my own; God sent me. Why is my language not clear to you? Because you are unable to hear what I say. You belong to your father, the devil, and you want to carry out your father’s desires. He was a murderer from the beginning, not holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies. Yet because I tell the truth, you do not believe me!

So what is the truth that the devil doesn't have?

John 17:17 Common English Bible (CEB)
Make them holy in the truth; your word is truth.

The world is very divided and Satan has made it that way to keep people in mental and spiritual darkness. But also yes, that also means that his kingdom is falling. And we are in the last days. It is soon to vanishing away.

The inspired scriptures are not like inspired expressions of demons. Everything the world's religions teach, about the Trinity, the Hellfire, the Immorality of the soul, to name a few are all clearly shown to be false in the Bible.

The Bible unlike demonic expressions teaches us who God is and benefits us by showing us how to live our lives in a peaceable, loving, and just manner. No inspired expression of demons do such a thing.
