How does everybody like the new look?

The quotes are different. I can barely see the name of the poster being quoted. The instant coffee and donut feature is also missing, and I used that all the time on the old board.

I like the old system more. It would be great if you could change between the old and the new, but this is something I'm just going to have to get used to.

Yeah, ideally, the forum wouldn't need the change, but the old software was so outdated and broken that it literally almost killed the forum. This change had to happen.

The default style looks a little better, at least in the sense that I can see the quotes a bit better.

I hope they doubled the moderators' salaries at least.

I might get used to it eventually but I feel robbed. Half of my frubals are gone.

After a little more time playing i think we need informative, useful and creative frubals.
I don't like these new frubals... I can't see myself using anything but 'like' on a regular basis, and we all know how much I like to frubal stuff...

Theses face thingys are...gross.

How does one indent?

Test.

Test.

Test.

Use [indent ] *text here* [/ indent] (without spaces). For further indentation, use more than one successive [ indent] and make sure to close each with an equal number of [ /indent].

I assume bullet points work similarly. I would prefer buttons, though, because code can be inaccessible or unwieldy for many posters.

Yes I agree. It's a shame to have lost the "winner", "informative" and "friendly" labels and indeed the faces are a bit too crude to want to be associated with. However if the search function is really working again that's a plus for serious discussions, though not much help for the sort of cheery badinage I look forward to so much from you.:holdinghands: [this symbol is an attempt to indicate friendship: message ends]

Is anyone else having difficulty clicking any of the other frubals? I am on my phone. I hold the like, the other emojis pop up, but I can’t click them
