I like seafood, and anything spring-like with a bit of a crunch (carrots, etc).
I see food, I eat sea food.
I love most sea food, i have eaten fugu but I don't like oysters.

That aside, I don't eat flesh.
I love it. Fish, shrimp, scallops, lobster, sea urchin, calamari. I have never eaten whale, but I'm not going to blubber about it.

Seafood is why I can't be a vegetarian. I love it too much to give it up.
It's nothing special, i think it just the possible risk involved. One has to put 100% trust in the chef.
