Nothing from another fictional universe can defeat anything in the Star Trek universe. Hypothetically speaking, you could take all the powerful superheroes from the Marvel universe, combine their strength - and they still couldn't defeat the lowliest red-shirted security officer in Star Fleet (let alone Q). The only one who might have a chance is Chuck Norris, but that's only because he's Chuck Norris.

And Brock Samson would kick Norri's butt into an alternate reality.

Well, of course, Norris would be on the same side as Star Fleet anyway, so he wouldn't tangle with them. But if Norris couldn't beat Samson, then surely Captain Kirk could. But it still wouldn't be a fair fight, so he'd probably send in Chekov instead. Chekov is always spoiling for a fight.
