How to easy download youtubes + subtitles
(IF you like to keep a copy of the YouTube+Subtitles on your computer/smartphone for offline use)
Note: *** Never use this for downloading illegal videos *** (thanks @Shadow Wolf)
Note: Mods can MOVE it, if they know a better place to store this
Note: Poll I added to know if such computer related HowTo is appreciated/useful or not; otherwise I keep them to myself
A) Download YouTube can be handy, now that YouTube gets more censored, and deletes before you know
B) Download YouTube subtitles can be handy IF you rather have subtitles in your own language
*) I also used it to quickly check the contents of a YouTube, if it contains real info or just bla..bla
A) Online video downloader - Download videos and music for free (to download a YouTube).
Gives the option to install an app "Meddle Monkey" creating a 1-click-save-button below the YouTube
B) Download subtitles from Youtube, Viki, Viu, Vlive and more (to download subtitles of the YouTube; only those that have subtitles of course)
Google creates the best subtitles if English is spoken, and Google just has to translate.
Below example gives crappy subtitles I found out, because Telugu is spoken I think (so not all works good)
All you need to do to get all the subtitles to download, is, to add "subtitle.to/" in front of the YouTube
As an example (I put "h.ttps" instead of "https:", otherwise it shows video instead of this line)
So
h.ttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b_o2lsrnN0o
Becomes
subtitle.to/h.ttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b_o2lsrnN0o
