How to not sound conceited about the Bible making sense?

This site is international, and the Bible is only an elephant in the Western world.
Also, this site is primarily, but not exclusively, about religions.

My interest about belief is more philosophical and psychological. The bible is for me of the same interest as are the Vedas, Upanishads, Kemetism, Greek and Roman mythology, the Edda, Druidism, modern Paganism, New Age spiritualism, etc.
You see, how small of a slice the Bible now has?

For the Bible to have any more significance than Harry Potter (or any other work of (bad) fiction), you must have answered a few questions I don't have convincing answers, yet. That's the OPs where you may find me. I may have started some myself, like Are the Programmers Gods?
Okay well that “for me” part you wrote makes sense. If to you the Bible is as a small slice and on par with, say, Kemitism, then so it is for you. But by “elephant in the room” I meant taking the world into consideration. Like with the example of Kemitism again. Data can easily show that they are not on par with each other as far as global popularity goes between the two. Again tho, nothing wrong with how you personally view the Bible.

How about you concentrate on the flood whopper,
give an answer rather than a question.
Do that and I will tell you about bible- math.
I’m not even sure what the question is. The phrasing of the question is confusing. But to be fair to you and to not waste your time, know that I likely won’t be getting into debates such as about what P equals, or whether this or that could’ve happened because of this or that math formula. You can write me off as lacking understanding if you want. I can accept that.

I personally never take offense when someone thinks it’s me who does not understand the Bible.
A prophet once remarked how deceitful is the human heart above all things and desperately wicked such that no one can understand their own reasoning. This would seem to undermine anyone's claim to understanding the bible better than anyone else can, provided they viewed the prophet's statement as valid and relevant to themselves.

I comment: Take what John1 (23rd booklet in the NT) says for example that anyone who claims to be without sin is a liar and the truth is not in them. I'm sure this refers to all sins including knowledge of scripture which is why many Christian sects have adopted a very reticent approach to commenting and arguing. Or consider what Paul says in 1Corinthians 8:2 "They who think they know something do not yet know as they ought to know" which perhaps you feel is not directed towards yourself, however I think you should always. The verse is actually part of a longer sentence referring to people who understand why idolatry is outlawed for Jews, however this bit of the sentence is applicable to all and consistent with the general tone of the NT particularly with James, Hebrews and anything by John. Such that understanding the bible involves understanding this. It is those who don't understand or accept it that usually make conceited remarks.

Its not dishonest to think you know better, however your self worth should not come into it. If your opinion is very important to you then it probably it is combined with conceit. If you feel you have a part in some great task or some work to improve the world and it relates to your exclusive ability to understand the bible, then you should detect conceit merely by the fact that you have a human heart.

Now consider if God is involved: If God favors you with understanding but withholds it from the rest of us why is that? You could have a valid reason such as its not for us. I could accept that. "Its not for you, Brick." Ok, but if it *is* for me from God then why would God give you extra access and not me?
