How was your XMAS (early I know)

I had a real great Xmas/Birthday. I got neat presents. My mom gave me $50 and clothes. My little sis got me a DVD of Ginger Snaps, my FAVE movie. My older sis got me a PC handbook and a PC toolkit, and hey, my dad got me a proper desk chair with the swivel thingy. Now I can slide around my room going to a different pc!

And we had a lovely turkey dinner yum with lots of goodies. We talked awhile and went for a drive. After I had to nap cos my back was playing up. I went to the poker machines and had fun. And now ending a great day with the ol friends from RF. Good way to end a good day.

So how was yours? I know it is a lil early, but please inform me. I want everyone, EVERYONE to have a great day.

Mine was pretty good :D My mom knows I love odd Japanese food, so she bought me pocky, chick peas, and... I don't know what the other stuff is, but it looks yummy!

Everyone else got me chocolate covered bugs and 'edible butterflies' (larvae with edible flowers arranged as wings), a leather jacket (!), a couple of shirts, and a few gift certificates.

And, of course... 'Rush Limbaugh is a Big Fat Idiot and Other Observations.' I've been dying to read it after reading 'Lies and the Lying Liars Who Tell Them,' but haven't been able to find it anywhere.

It has been a wonderful eve and day here! We spent Christmas Eve at my in-laws opening stockings with my husband's siblings and their children and finished off the evening by going to an 11 p.m. service at church. Since my husband and two oldest boys are agnostics, it was the best present I could get just to have them sitting beside me in church!

I woke up this morning and we had a leisurely breakfast, followed by gift giving and since then everyone has been lazing around reading the books they've been given, except for the 12 year old who slapped on his snowshoes and trudged across the field to play with the visiting cousins at nanner and grandpa's house.

I was going to cook a big meal but my boys told me that they're going to make grilled cheese and tomato soup for dinner and not to bother. Wow!

I hope everyone is having a fabulous time with their family and friends too!

While I wasn't able to get into the first book, due to my not being socially aware enough at the time, "Lies" was one of the greatest I've ever read. I particularly liked the "You Know Who I Hate? Ann Coultier" chapter, hehee.

We have to wait until 7pm to officially start our Christmas. My sister is at her boyfriends families house, and then will be arriving over here after that.

Once again this year, for some unknown reason, I didn't receive the leather Santa outfit that I have begged my family, friends, and acquaintences for each year since I was 21. So, I guess, once again during the coming year I will not accomplish my life long twin goals of dressing like Santa on first dates, and creaking when I walk.

Yay Im glad you had a good Xmas Soul! I was worried what with everything that has been happening with your dad running up to it.

I spent the day at a family gathering which was great. Had a special vegetarian mexican meal just for me :) Haven't been able to talk to the love of my life today though :( Other than that its been brilliant.

Worked a double...worked 6am -2pm at toll booth and 4-midnight at my other job. It was a nice Christmas. carrdero worked also so we had our Christmas the day before.

I went to my mother's house for christmas and got a bunch of stuff this year. Lots of DVDs, Killzone for PS2, some books and some clothes:woohoo:

I watched a couple movies with my son, didn't want him to miss out on fun, so I called his mom and had her pick him up.
