I got up in pain this morning, and against my will, my wife managed to prise me out of the house to take our dog for a walk on the beach.

I've had lunch, and although I am tired I was determined to pay a visit to R.F.

Now I'm here, I feel a warm glow of contentment; I feel like giving everyone a big hug.
