I added a new smilie!!!

Feathers in Hair

World's Tallest Hobbit
I love it! (And you know I'll be using it a lot, heheee!) I wish you could time delay 'em, so they'd look like a parade.

Sigh....

I'm still waiting for an instruction section on Religious Forums. I have no idea how to make a smiley appear on my posts, how to quote other posts on one of my posts, how people put icon-pictures by their names and where they find them. Putting my picture on the picture thread, of course, is out of the question. I don't know how to give coins or frubals, or what the etiquette or rules are regarding these. I assume the "quote message in reply?" box I see below does something -- but clicking on it has no apparent effect. And what's the difference between "post reply" and "post quick reply"?

I have figured out how to make italics, though. A supreme achievement for an illiterate such as myself!

I found a faq unred the quick links on the bar at the top. Point and click on the smilie you want to use and it will appear after the flashing script marker on your post page.
I'm going to do some more reading the faq section and see if I can figure some more things out myself.:)

P.S. go advanced
P.S.S. go advanced and scroll down to the bottom to find posts on that thread listed from last to first. I'm having problems posting my previous quotes so I'm alternating between copy and cut. This seems to be working for me.
Sorry guys, I've strayed from the thread but this has been driving me crazy.(short trip hehe ) I just wanted to be as much help as I could to Seyorni and have had to experiment somewhere. Some of us are new to the finer points of this technology and I beg forgiveness and patience.
Peace, Faust

"PS, go advanced"

Are you mad! I'm floundering in the shallow end and you want me to jump in over my head?

I'd be lost forever!

PS -- I figured out how to work the smileys. I'm thinking of trying the Quote: boxes next.:sarcastic

I'm still playing but I have figured out that you need to place the curser between the....when you copy/cut and paste.
Or just click and slide to highlight the text and hit the quote button.... it will wrap the quote tags for you.
