So you think such hearings are conducive with making jokes during such sessions many of them under oath?

No don't get me wrong I actually love Hank the only problem is he's making six figures and possesses real governmental power. I don't think such sessions are the place for making jokes personally. I think most people would agree at the time he actually wasn't joking and really believed Guam could tip over and capsize.
