I Also Propose A Challenge

Those who believe in Christ, or God, or any religious deity in general, I challenge you to pretend that you do not for about a week and come back here and tell me if you feel any different. You have to pretend that Christ is not alive and that no deities exist in your heart though. Whatever that means to you. See ya in a week.

Did you accept the initial challenge?

If not, are you willing to? Or to accept a similar challenge of any other religious view of your own choosing?

If you're not, what is your motivation for the counter-challenge?

I was raised Roman Catholic; I took the challenge for more than a week - more like over a decade. I was a religious believer, and I don't see the point in the initial challenge (again) - been there, done that.

That's fair, and as another who was raised Roman Catholic, I largely agree.

So I must ask, if you see no point to the initial challenge, what point do you see with this challenge? Or is the challenge itself your point?
