I found a few religions that believe when you die.Your spirit ceases to be.

I used hearing that the belief of a certain afterlife exists in every religion.
And this belief is not supposed to exist for an atheist.
Therefore, if you are sure of what you say about Christadelphians, H. W. Armstrong, Jehovah's witnesses and Seventh day Adventist, then their afterlife has to be again on the planet Earth (one of zillion planets in the huge universe). And, to live on the planet Earth, now or afterlife, one needs having a living flesh only; as all other living things on it have.

I am not sure if this is helpful, but The ancient text Pistis Sophia (enochian) speaks of the spirit as "self- willed (intelligent) matter". Good luck in your discussion.

Translation: Spirit/energy. Soul/identity. God/life-existence.
They're just terms to describe your state of mind, awareness, your physiology and how you identify with it in relation to appreciation, responsibility, and such you feel on earth (your purpose, vision, mission, and legacy among others) and to many the hope to keep that feeling for I guess eternity.

Many a translators take liberties with the original. My state of mind, awareness and physiology is excellent. I am not fooled by false views and promises, have fulfilled all my responsibilities in life till now. I do not have any high-flyin' vision or mission. The future will take care of itself. Eternity for any human means 'till death'.
Whatever the Will that forced me to be born in the time/space realm and programmed my living flesh to force me return back to life every morning, also forces me while my living flesh is in deep sleep (while I have no will and no connections at all with time/space) to exist, sometimes, in a dream realm, nothing can stop IT to let me also exist after the death of my flesh in a realm which is not limited by time and space; much like the dream realm.
But the prerequisite for this to happen is the existence of another living entity in a human structure. Its nature is different from of the human living flesh. And for its survival, a human, by using his ‘sole free will’, needs to prevent, as possible, his living flesh from following its natural instincts of survival (to live the unconditional love towards all others, as revealed clearly by Jesus Christ). For instance, in reality, all other actions/reactions of a human living flesh are pre-programmed in his instincts, including his so-called free decisions (much like the robots with AI, Artificial Intelligence).

you may better consider spirit as electricity in the bodyIn Genesis 25:8.I thought it was saying our spirits is like the body of a ghost.

If wild duck and hounds and and bees have no soul, then nor do we humans. So the answer to your question is 'No, and we we don't have one anyway'.

Good to have some variation, but did they said how matter becomes intelligent? Of course, we know that now.

I don’t know the answer to this.
However, I do not see any indication that their concept of the matter that makes up the spirit as differing from other matter in certain ways.
That is to say, various forms of matter have specific characteristics that are part of their nature.
Iron is magnetic. Matter has mass. Matter is affected by gravity. Etc.
I think they viewed self-willed matter (intelligence) as simply one of the Characteristics of the matter that makes up a spirit.
However, that is my tentative opinion and it could change with more and better historical data.

You see Clear, the will of matter is in DNA and sub-atomic particles. Matter makes brain, which is the seat of intelligence. So, matter makes the intelligence. Since I am a strong atheist, I would not take up on 'spirits'. I do not believe in that.

Therein lies the difference. A Hindu is not obligated to believe each and every word in the scriptures. If we find something false, we reject it. But then, your scriptures are the word of God. Are not they?

I agree with @RabbiO the KJV is not a good translation. The word "ghost" is not Greek or Hebrew...it is of German origin..."geist".....and it simply means "spirit".
The word "soul" in Hebrew never means a disembodied spirit. (Hebrew, neʹphesh [נֶפֶשׁ]; Greek, psy·kheʹ [ψυχή]) As used in the Scriptures, a “soul” is a person, an animal, or it can describe the life that a person or an animal enjoys. It is not the same as the "spirit", which is a separate word, and means something completely different.
In the Genesis creation account all living things that breathe (through lungs or gills) are called "SOULS"....they do not possess a soul, but it refers to the whole living breathing creature....as long as breathing continues the soul lives. When breathing stops, the soul dies. (Ezekiel 18:4) The Bible has never taught the concept of immediate life after death. That belief originated with the Greeks.
Adam "became" a "soul" as soon as God started him breathing. (Genesis 2:7) The spirit is the spark of life that animates all living things, like electricity powers an appliance....it causes them to "breathe". It starts at birth with their first breath and ends at death, with their last breath, when they cease to be a "soul". But with the promised resurrection, the body is recreated and the spirit (breath) is returned so that the same "person" lives again. God has promised this.
There is no such thing as a "ghost" because the dead are actually dead, not living on somewhere else. They sleep peacefully until the time for Jesus to awaken them. (Ecclesiastes 9:5, 10; John 5:28-29 )
The only spirits to interact with man on earth today are the demons......usually impersonating someone, or just trying to scare the pants off them....which is why we are told not to have anything to do with them....
