But yes I had an experience some years ago where a spirit/ghost girl did follow me home. Nothing bad happen at all.

No, because I set personal boundaries with the spirits I encounter. And yes, spirits are often aware when a living person can see and hear them, feel their presence, as well as have the ability to interact and communicate with them (psychic mediums). However, there are some spirits who are initially surprised when a living person can interact and communicate with them. It depends on the spirit.
