I Need A Prayer Expert!

Hi,
I heard about a prayer that if you say it nine times a day for nine days, one wish you have will be granted! I was wondering if anyone knew this prayer so I could pray for the people in the Hurricane Katrina incident. If you guys saw that Opera Windfrey episode where she went to New Orleans, you know why I need this prayer for these people! :help:
Once I saw that episode, I knew it was a million times worse than I thought!

most prayers don't work if you have the "well, I'll just try it and see" mentality. You have to beleive.
