So... If I understand it all right, he is an all powerful being that created everything in 7-10 days (Supplies weren't sent FirstDay Air). He also created a flood and had multiple dealings with various persons; Noah, Mary etc. So why is it that he allows women and children to be beaten, molested, raped and killed all over the world? Why does he allow people like Hitler and Stalin to have lived the lives they did? Why did he allow the crusades which killed hundreds of thousands of people in his name and the modern day holy warriors that blow themselves up in market places. I could go on for alot longer but it would most likely stop people from reading this rant. It's long enough as it is.

So my real question is, why is the primary goal of so many religions to spend eternity with an ******* like this?

are you saying no one was ever saved from getting killed, being raped? there are so many people who were saved from violence of men. some were not and some of people actually never experienced an attack like that. long story short, there are any kind of possibility in this world. you focus on one thing.

when Mary(PBUH) was alive she was staying in temple where all the jew men were against her. she was the only female there. men always insulted her. one night a wild dog tried to attack one of those guys. he warned other religious men in temple. they knew Mary(PBUH) was going to walk in temple where wild dog was. instead of warning her they preferred not to. they said if dog attacked her she sure was a liar yet if dog did not attack her, that would confirm she was a saint. they came to the window and started watching her walking. and dog came along. while dog was barking at her men was smiling. but dog did not attack her, instead it calmed down. men were so surprised. they hated her even more. because she was a real one. she submitted herself to God. for a dog attacking her would be equal to attacking God. because she was under command of God. if bad things happening to people it is because they are away from God.

ever heard of a saint who were thrown at hungry lions in Roman Empire time. lions refused to eat him. he was divine from hair to toe. how could an animal eat such a divine creature?

how long one would live was decided before he was born. if someone was given 45 years to live, he would live 45 years. even if he was good or bad. it is his life time to use his free will. if every evil one was stopped then what kind of justice could be there? they would pay for it eventually. maybe not on earth since their acts are supposed to be some one elses' experience, someone elses' exam, perhaps like yourself.

i am just saying

Ok...We have another one. Let me start by saying, Hinduism is he worlds third largest religion, not a minority, and not something to miss out, or Buddhism, or any religion for that matter.

Flood? NO! God has given us free will. He/she allows nothing and everything. We are not controlled by god, he/she is not a puppeteer. We are free humans in the mind. We control ourselves, unless we are forced by other people.

Your also making another generalisation by saying earth was made in 7 days. Creationism is utter BS.

RBravo do you only pray that the Judo-Christian-Islamic God isn't real? Because that is the one you seem to be talking about. What about other Gods, or maybe even Goddess..... I like Goddess ^_^

I would create a big list of reasons why the existence of a god is illogical, but I will stay on topic this time. In my honest opinion, and according to my logic, any notion of a "god" is human created in either conscience or subconscience mind, and therefor takes on human attributes, including human imperfection. Let's be honest, mankind is NOT morally or ethically perfect, and neither is a god derived from the human imagination.

Why did we have the flood? SIN.......
What are the "multiple dealings" with Noah and Mary? Dah! which Mary are you referring too?

God doesnt' allow people like Hitler or Stallin to live the type of life they live. Any one of us could be just like those two men or thousands of others who commit these hidious crimes.....But we have a choice as to what type of life we will live.

The answer to your question "why would we want to spend eternity with our God?"

Because we chose to love Him.....We chose to follow Him and He promised to be with us forever.....
We have the joy, peace and assurance that comes from knowing God.

Your questions and ranting does not alter our opinion or change our minds.

I hope all people of every religion will pray, not for you, but because of you and the things you represent. (hatred, false accusations, vain babbling, lack of knowledge)

We all have gods that are just idols. Apart from the grace of God, I don't think you will have to spend eternity with the God you hate.

Well first I don't believe in that He created the world in 7 days. I think it took place over a few billions years.

But what kind of a world would you prefer? You you want a world where God forces everyone to do His will. Where people don't have any choice in what they do. A world where no one have any freedoms? A god like that would be a monster.

I would much rather have a God that allowed people freedom to choose good or evil and then will redress any wrong doings after this short tempory existence is over.

If a god gave us the ability to commit acts of evil, I would argue that he endorses said evil, because he gives us the ability to create evil. And, may I add, that "evil" is subjective to the individual? If a god gave us our minds, and we interpret "good" and "evil" differently, then I would argue that "good" and "evil" do not exist, because he wouldn't have given us the ability to conclude what "good" and "evil" is.

who chose to love "god"? I certainly didn't. And yet I still feel "joy, peace, and assurance" not from knowing god, but from knowing what is reasonable to my intellect.

Wow! Harsh words! I would argue YOU are the one ranting and full of hatred!!! You think someone demonstrates hatred just by looking at god's ethics critically??? If you really believe so, I would like to hear your reasoning for calling someone a hater for excercising the free will a "god" supposedly gave him.

Its free will. It is as simple as that. He also gave us the ability to do good too ;)

Thank you so much for such a rapid response to my post....At least you read it;) and frankly I don't care how you perceive me to feel......I don't answer to you or anyone else.....

I worry not that I should be judged of you for the one who judges me is God.

If you don't like what I write .....Feed me to the Lions, I wouldn't be the first Christian who died for what they believed in...................:woohoo:

I am not judging you, nor do I wish to feed you to the lions, (sheesh, you're not Daniel for crying out loud!) but I just think you came across a bit too harsh. It's just my opinion, simple as that.
