75.I swear by the locations of the stars. (millions and billions of light years away)
76.and it is if you know a great oath
77.it is a generous qur'an
78.in a saved book
79.untouchable but by the sanitated(i don't know wether this is the exact word or not) ones
80.a descending from the lord of the worlds

again i say that translation wont do,the best thing is to read the qur'an in its original language

Here is a better translation.

75. Furthermore I call
To witness the setting
Of the stars, -

76. And that is indeed
A mighty adjuration
If ye but knew, -

77. That this is indeed
A Quran most honourable,

78. In a book well guarded,

79. Which none shall touch
But those who are clean:

80. A Revelation from the Lord
Of the Worlds.
