I think I saw Waheguru's light?

I was in a deep concentration last night, I was questioning how someone can say one religion is true and another is wrong, I was questioning the logic all together. My eyes were closed and around my forehead area only I saw a flash of light for maybe 3 seconds & then it was gone, but after I felt a feeling of enlightenment, was this Waheguru showing me his light which is inside me?

The light was a firing of your optic nerve triggered by concentrating too hard.

Seriously.

Waheguru's light is not actual light. You do not see Waheguru while meditating quietly self-absorbed in your own mind You see Waheguru in the compassion that burns in your heart when you help someone in need. You see Waheguru when you put someone's else's needs before your own. You see Waheguru when you try so hard to do something yet it fails, and you can take a breath in acceptance of Hukam and not lose your calm focus upon the world.

Anything you encounter during meditation is your subconscious offering suggestions that your conscious mind is relaxed enough to interpret and extrapolate.
