Some folks are probably wondering what the point is of all these teachings. Why so cryptic and symbolic? Why is there so much focus on human reproduction? Is God some sort of pervert who is hyper-focused on sex and genitals or something?
Here is what we are dealing with...
Christians believe in something called 'Salvation'. But what is Salvation exactly? Is it some magick trick where God snaps his fingers and presto, everyone becomes an Angel? This is what most folks think. And that is fine if one wishes to stop there.
Some folks, however, need a little more convincing. What are Believers signing up for? What does Salvation entail, exactly? How can the Believer be absolutely certain that the process will work as promised? How will they know if they will be happy with the results? Can they get a refund? What is the Fine Print?
The answers are in the form of euphemism, parables, symbols, etc. using human anatomy as the main teaching aid. The more one knows about the 'Kingdom Within', the more answers one will find.

Because this information has been incredibly censored over millenniums, folks have found various ways to 'encode' the 'secrets' into art, poetry, architecture, etc.
For example, have you ever wondered what the Lake of Fire looks like?

Here is a detailed drawing of it...
Do you see the lake?
Do you see the fire burning at the center of it?
Do you see the portal?
Do you see the 'Sides of the Pit' (i.e., Sheol) on the left and right?
Do you see the paths leading to the flask?
What about the twisting serpents on a pole?
Sun? Moon? Stars?
What exactly are you looking at? Do you understand?
