I've never really understood what this holy ghost is? Can someone explain? Is it omniscient and omnipotent just like the Father?

I think it's likely "God's Spirit" as periodically mentioned in the Tanakh.

According to some of the Christian doctrine, they are all considered ONE. Which makes no sense. Because God is supposed to be supreme yet Jesus is a man who is not considered God and then God dies yet God isn't supposed to die, then the Holy Spirit is connected as the third party which is "supposed" to speak to them yet no one can prove it because it is a spirit yet being saved is the only way that you can experience it, yet many do so many sins it really disputes that point.
It's a bunch of "really's"
In the Quran Allah says,
“Surely, disbelievers are those who said: ‘Allah is the third of the three (in a Trinity).’ But there is no llaah (god) (none who has the right to be worshipped) but One Ilaah (God -Allah). And if they cease not from what they say, verily, a painful torment will befall on the disbelievers among them”

Likely yes, imo.
Probably.
Based on a long series of personal "experiences" that went on for almost two years, I do believe the HS exists, but that really is only about as far as I can go. If you had asked me before these "experiences", I would have told you that I was quite agnostic.

The holy spirit or "holy ghost" is simply God's active force, that is God's energy in action, or motion. God is Holy. And thus all he does is holy. He has at his disposal a limitless supply of energy. We can see testament to his vast wealth of energy in the creation of the universe and all that is in it. When God uses his energy it becomes active to accomplish whatever his will is, as he is holy and all he does is holy his active force is rightly called holy spirit.

Trying to fit some imagery and metaphors into some neat math equation is never going to work.
God as a Father? Any time your own father or grandfather offerred you love.
God as a Son? Any time some great person sacrificed his life to help others. Like Congressional Medal of Honor winners. They are "sons of God," by their acts of nobility.
Holy Ghost? That is the spirit behind things. The spirit behind the beauty of sunsets and a quiet evening with your wife, filled with how much you love her.

In Christianity, God and creation are separate. The Holy Spirit is the divine ''energy'' God sends to the creation.

Jesus commanded all nations be water baptized for remission of sin.
The difference between John (that had the mission to teach baptism and preform baptisms to teach people to reject belief in blood sacrifices for remission of sin and accept merciful water instead), and Jesus is Jesus as prophet had information from God to teach lessons about what will happen in the future if he is not believed. It is understanding of the messages Jesus teaches, knowledge from God that enables one to speak as a disciple of Jesus that gives one Holy Ghost. Holy Ghost is comprehension of the words of God that Jesus taught that leads to resurrection. Ghost is your physical body and Jesus gave up his physical body in death. Jesus retained his Holy Ghost, connection with God with understanding, obedience and having faith in His words that enabled his resurrection.

it should be but christians claim the comforter Jesus said he would send was the Holy Ghost which is incorrect Holy Ghost has always been present. muslims say this comforter Jesus was to send was prophet Muhammad. I believe the latter

In the early Church, Saturday was the original day of worship and Sunday was the day to share the "agape meal" that eventually became called the "Eucharist". As time went on, but before Constantine, the Church dropped the Saturday ["Shabbat"] service and just did both the service and the Eucharist on Sunday.

If you do the sign of the cross, the words are Father, Son and Holy Spirit, in that order. This tells us the hierarchy, as well as how the elements of the trinity appeared in history.
For the Father, the sign of the cross touches the mind's eye; between the two eyes in the forehead; frontal lobe. This is the place of imagination and innovation; creation. The ego evolved with the help of the inner self and the frontal lobe; Adam is formed.
The Son touches the solar plexus; heart and lungs, which is connected to the limbic system in the core of the brain. The Limbic is not only about instinctive potentials and feelings, but also the writing of memory to the cerebral matter; love stamp.
The Holy Spirit is binary and touches the left then right shoulders. The two arms are symbolic of the left and right cerebral hemispheres of the brain. The left shoulder comes first with the cross wiring of the brain, meaning the right side of the brain; integral thinking; felt whole in love. The right shoulder or left side of the brain is second, is connected differential data processing.
Jesus said he came to bring division and not peace. Households would be divided. The Holy Spirit was first connected to the more unconscious left side of the brain, having unconscious priority in terms of differential thinking; esoteric, alchemy; spirits. The ego tries to remain whole and integrated; right side. This led to the dark ages; BC becomes AD. The dark ages was a transitional time for the ego. The ego shift then sides of the brain, more to the modern left side, to become more differential after the ground work was laid. When this was complete; modern culture evolves rapidly.
The sign of the cross tells us about the evolution of the ego and brain's operating system.

nice try but church history vol 1 says differently. murderer Constantine 'decreed Sunday to be sabbath for christians as it was the day Rome worshipped the sun god on sun day ' ....get your head out the sand mate ....friday is the true sabbath. the day Adam was born and the day of judgement ....judaism starts sabbath Friday sundown. muslims all day Friday
