Who's putting that idea in your head? The usual suspects?
Are they saying Hillary is going to run or Michelle Obama? Someone else?
Ignore them

If that happens... >>> IF <<<

Who would you pick?

The original story is behind a paywall on Business Insider. So to avoid that..
I used this second hand site that has the exact same story.

7 Democrats who could replace Joe Biden if he leaves race

8. Bernie

- has the name recognition necessary to beat Trump
- has a stable fan base
- is one of the, if not the, most genuine and least corrupt politicians in the US

point against him
- he's even older than Biden.

Notice the 'if' more than once, even put in bold with arrows.

Joe is going on 82, I don't wish anything bad on him but his health could suffer forcing him to leave the race.
And more than half the countries thinks Trump should drop out.

But none of this matters, this election is and will be between Trump and Biden, and come next January one of those two will be sworn in.

Denying reality is not helpful.

Thanks for being the first to actually answer.

Holy hell!!

Its just a simple question of "IF Biden leaves the race what democrat could replace him"

I don't know why its taken on a personal level by some or why Trump even matters in that question.

Huh?
I could add Liz Cheney if that would make you happy or what do you even mean?
No I mean somebody that's actually capable of uniting rather than dividing.

Wouldn't that be a breath of fresh air?

The only way the Dem's are going to replace Biden on the ticket is if he is comatose or dead.
However, I would like both candidates to submit to a cognitive test given by more than one behavioral neurologist

And give Trump yet another thing to claim is rigged, what's the point?
