Okay Nostradamus. Your predictions are noted and logged on record.
Not Nostradamus -- I don't predict any future. I just remember the past, and some of the lessons from it. Remembering the past, and learning from it, is often much more accurate and useful than supposing you can predict the future.
I remember how vaccines actually resulted in dramatic reduction in children's disabilities and deaths. I'm old enough to have known kids who died. I've had friends disabled for life because of polio.
I remember more recent things, too. For example, I remember Trump saying "stop all the testing!" (for Covid), because, as he said, "the more tests you do, the more cases you're going to find. "
Try reading that last sentence again -- the biggest "duh" in the history of American medicine. Finding cases can help you stop spreading cases -- does that make any sense to you? Can you figure that out? Get a crayon and paper and see how you do!
And what was the result of that handling of a terrible pandemic? Well, you should know by now -- that the USA, under Donald Trump, had the highest death rate from Covid in the developed world.
Now, maybe death isn't important to you (unless, of course, it's your own). But many of us see it a bit differently.
There. Now I am on record.
