Since i'm not gonna be betting that anything exists after death, i'm just gonna enjoy what little of my life I have left instead of fumbling and rushing to confess all my "sins" so I could get into "heaven."

Honestly, I'd first buy life insurance. Then I would get large loans from the government just under my name. I would then do all the crazy things i've always wanted to do such as sky-diving and hang-gliding. I would travel the world with my family, friends, and or loved ones.

I'd Pray (a lot), and confess (a lot); apart from that, not much - make sure my wife knows how to switch the electricity on and off, and how to balance the Bank account; I probably would not even tell anyone.

Of course, one never KNOWS how we will react in any given situation until we are faced with it.

Only one year? Hmmm, I think I would like to take my children anywhere they'd like to go. Then I'd do a bit of travelling for me. The most important thing would be to see my kids smiling faces as my last thought before my time is up.

I would travel India and China to the greatest extent possible. To be fully prepared, considering my medical history, I'm going (yes, not a conditional tense) to look into the legalites concerning a Swedish widow's pension. Might be an interesting bait there.

I would have a birthday cake starting with 365 candles and have one every day counting down until I hit 1 candle.
I would take out as many insurance policies as I can.
I would pee out my windows.
I would take out a 30 year loan on everything I buy.
I would buy a lot of penny stocks in companies that are going out of business just so I could be called "The Late Owner"
In the last 10 min of my life, I would go skydiving over the deepest parts of the ocean using a hang glider and a bungee cord attached to it with a skyboard attached to my feet.

Me, I would want to travel around the world and while visiting different locales go skydiving, bungee jumping, cliff diving, hang gliding, deep sea diving, swim in every ocean, make love under the stars in every place I go to, dance and sing every day. Live every day of that last year as if it is my last day up until the last day and pass away in my sleep tired and content and happy from the whole year.

Of course I want you by my side during all this...though I doubt I can get you to do half the things on my list
