Where I work you can be suspended for walking and talking on your phone at the same time, but talking to the person next to you is acceptable.
In the broadest sense, it's things that are just because that is how they are - you have been "predetermined" to do and be certain things because the order of the cosmos has dictated it. Such as, it is a determinist approach when I say I can't help myself but "over think" things that are presented to me. It's also determinist of me to use quotations whenever I type out "over think," because to me it's just how I am, and an attempt at a jab at the notion of "over thinking" things because my "over thinking" often notices things that most people don't.What is determination again?
