Ok first i will say im a musli. I have a problom that i cant know the answer just here . Since i was 8 years old i started in a english school . I learned english but not that much i meet some nice americans and i was like [ omg i meet a real american what should i do ] and i make good friends. Then when i was 10 i enter to the fear Youtube . I love it i watch all the vid and the famous one like Dhane Dawson and i have 100 friends. At school i told my friends funny things and how american are awesome but they said huh **** u go in youtube just type muslim see the mean comment i said huh no way. I run to my iphone and start to crying and since that i have bad feelings and scared !!
Now every american friend i meet them like ps3 iphone youtube facebook etc i cant said where im from or my religion

please help i born like like that i love american plz help me .

Americans don't hate Muslims. The first thing about America is that it's full of a wide variety of people -- you can't really assume a lot about an American just because they live in America.

That being said; yes, there are a small number of loud people in America that don't like Muslims. Those people are idiots though, so there's nothing to be scared of. There's also some Americans that hate black people. There's also some Americans that hate white people. There are groups of people in America who hate anything, but they are just SMALL groups of LOUD people. Most of America is not like that at all.

Most Americans don't care what religion you believe, what color your skin is, what kind of clothes you like to wear, what music you listen to, whether you're gay or straight, or any of that stuff -- most Americans will just treat you like a person regardless of where you come from or what you believe. As long as you treat them kindly, they will treat you kindly.

So just avoid any idiot American that hates Islam and just make friends with the Americans that like you no matter what you are or where you're from. We're all human beings in the end!

What she said! Most americans are open to anyone. Wherever you go my friend there will be ignorant and prejudice people. Its the fact of our world in its present evolution of spirituality. Some believe that all muslims are apart of Al Quaida but the intelligent ones realize that most are not in that extreme group. Keep your chin up and be true to yourself and surround yourself with accepting and nice people. Don't let anyone discourage you. God bless!

What are you worried about being dangerous? Who are you worried isn't going to like you? I'm an American and I like you -- seems like the other Americans in this thread like you too.

There are people from around the whole world on this board from all kinds of different countries and religions, even those without any religion, and I'm sure that if you're a nice person they'll all like you.

The fact that you're a Muslim doesn't put anyone off, if anything people come from this board to learn things from people who are different from them. You can teach people the wisdom of Islam and in turn see what things their backgrounds can teach you -- everyone prospers.

Welcome to RF. You will meet Americans and people from all over the world, Muslims and non-Muslims. I think you will find that if you are open to us, we will be open to being friends with you.

I won't believe the lies they tell about all Muslims being scary terrorists, and you don't believe the lies they tell about all Americans hating Muslims, o.k.?

btw, there are a lot of American Muslims--maybe it would be a good idea to make friends with some of them.
