no its not. make a note of your cycle and you moods and see if there is a pattern .

i go from irratable to angry to paranoia to crying to happy again in the space of 2 weeks before my so called period (no womb but still have hormone cycle).hubbie just laughs at my moods now, and will actually tell me to stop being hormonnally irrational...really puts me back in my place and evaluate things

people dont ignore you. its not like an actual conversation, in that when one person speaks the other has to reply otherwise there is a gap in conversation. sometimes we all post things that are just our opinions that are no different to others, therefore dont quantify a reply. you can not surely say that you come here and reply to EVERY post that has been written...
