I like to visit Windsor Ontario but have only gone once since 9/11. Now I just gamble in the USA.

How was your trip? Me and some friends are going to Canada over the summer, to gamble, drink, and I'm going to go hiking.

Got to go the First Nation reserve land to do your first two activities, but for hiking, come to the Rocky Mountain at Banff. On the other hand, why come in summer? Come now to enjoy the -30C skiing.:D

I agree greatcalgarian. Banff and Lake Louise are incredible at any time of the year.

A little closer to my home are Whistler/Blackcomb skiing areas. Heaven on earth, man.
For those of you who do not know, the Winter Olympics will be held here in British Columbia in 2010 so you will all get to see the kind of place I hang out in. Vancouver, of course, is the host city, but a lot of the events will take place about 150 miles away in Whistler, BC.

Eat your hearts out. :)

(I mean that in a good way.)

Another Canuck here! I live near Banff and Lake Louise but am actually closer to Jasper. I live 120 miles east of Jasper. I love all those places and Canmore and all the mountian communities. Those mountains are totally awesome!

And you're right - our friends south of the border should come now to enjoy the skiing and the cold - right now it's -2 Farenheit here. But it's supposed to warm up by tomorrow and be around 35 so that won't be so bad! :)
