Several other members of this community have posted threads in which they ask for our first and current impressions of them. They are great threads and I’ve replied to three of them so far.

If you’d like, please tell me what your first impression of me was. Your current impression of me is also welcome. You can tell me one or both or none at all. There is no need to worry about offending me in your reply.

It is true that I am known for doing impressions of people, but I would need to interact for a few minutes before I could attempt a new impression.

Seriously, though, anyone who made it through my long, windy prison stories, demonstrates enormous courage and patience. Thanks for the likes.

I don't remember what I thought when I first read your posts here, but my current impression is that you're a genuine person and a hard worker who values new experiences and long-term meaning in life rather than fleeting joy.

Also, you come across to me as someone who, if pushed especially hard, could significantly lose composure and not stay on top of things. This is not meant as a negative observation; just a neutral one. I could be wrong, too.

Lol! I love that!

Your prison stories are enjoyable to read, and your narrative style reads the way that a home-cooked meal tastes.

In my workplace, there are things that I want to put together for others, but I never have the time for it, unfortunately. My co-workers are also hardworking, and we’re frequently exhausted.

I value new experiences, yes, but mostly as new chapters in my life.

I give everything the attention it deserves within this story of my life. So, yes, I give more value to long-term meaning in my life than fleeting pleasures.

you come across to me as someone who, if pushed especially hard, could significantly lose composure and not stay on top of things.

That is accurate. It was shocking to my co-workers because I am normally calm, composed, and patient.

You came across as clever, charismatic, charming, and I was impressed with your knowledge on a vast array of Hindu topics. I felt I could learn from you(and still do).

Is quite courageous, with a charming and sensitive personality and great taste in music.

I’m courageous in some contexts. Lately, I’m becoming more assertive of myself.

I hardly listen to music. When I do, it’s often Niyaz or Azam Ali. Many years ago, I had a small collection of ‘world music’ CDs.

Have you not posted a few videos on RF? Or is my brain going senile (don't answer that)
