Trouble is, the lion's share of Federal tax income goes to subsidize corporations and make up for the tax breaks they're provided with. So only a relatively small fraction of the twenty million will go to support people on welfare.

We all know what's wrong, unfortunately.

The same reason that unforeseen health expenses are the number one cause of bankruptcy in the US.
