Dresses up cats as sophisticated ladies, & has high tea with them.
Walks around in the neighborhood in the middle of the night, singing loudly, and when the neighbors yell out the window for him to be quiet because people are trying to sleep -- he yells back, "You can't sleep because you're standing at a window. Try getting in bed!"

Her flip flops make such a ruckus that her neighbors have stopped reporting other kinds of noise disturbances. They just report creepy giant flip flopping sounds.
