  4. Did your religion affect your view on vaccinations?

  5. Does your religion say anything particular about vaccinations?

  6. Do you agree with the view on vaccinations in your religion?

  7. Have you ever searched if you are allowed to have vaccinations in your religion, for example verses in your holy books?

  8. If you had what do these verses state and what are the principles?

Hi Folks...

1) Yes - forced upon me as a child..

2)None - spiritual - I seek the living Divine truth of Self.

3)Complicated - if the vaccination is to be FORCED then strongly DISAGREE - otherwise FREE WILL should ALWAYS apply...

4)No - but spiritual truth DOES..

5)Not applicable from a religious perspective - spiritually though - my Father, the spirit that caused our existance here, ALREADY provided ALL that we need - therefore there is no need for man to meddle in nature in this manner period full stop... Vaccines are like "germ warfare" as we try to stamp out these tiny "enemies" - as if we even have that right or authority to act that way - but really it is our interventions that has made the current situation and a "need" for such vaccines would not even exist at all IF we didnt meddle in the first place !!

6)Not applicable..

7)Of course I am "allowed" - I - WE - are (should be) - our OWN AUTHORITY - WHO ELSE has the authority to force such a thing upon me..??..

8)The only scripture applicable here would be where Christ says directly to never bow before a mortal man - never accede or give your personal authority away to another who is only ever your equal and never your "superior"..But - when you find such a One who IS superior then you will understand it directly He said and thus act accordingly...Personally I have yet to encounter another mortal that was actually worthy of my actual Self authority - yet to find one who is more capable of leading me better than I may lead my Self... Just as He said - no religion is ever needed and such authority can only ever lead you AWAY from your truth and give in its place THEIR truth forced upon you.....

9)Religious exemption..?..Again not applicable - if you dont WANT a vaccine then simply dont TAKE the vaccine - there by your OWN FREE CHOICE you have made the Self excempt and nobody else can decide that for you EVER !!

10)Afraid - no - warey..?...YES - if a gment ENFORCES a vaccine as some kind of law then that gment can inflict ANYTHING they wanted upon the population in an entirely underhand way...The populace can - and have been - tricked and duped into taking all kinds of things - even outright EXPERIMENTATION under disguise of vaccines (cia and their lsd trials for example) - so yes for sure be VERY WAREY if any "authority" ever try to enforce ANYTHING upon you...They are NOT ALWAYS to be trusted blindly....

Have you ever had any vaccinations?

Probably, but this isn't exactly a noteworthy occurrence so it's not like I bookmark ti in my memory as a significant thing to recall. I couldn't tell you when I last had one, for example, but it was probably whatever mandatory things I had to get when I went to college, I guess?

What is your religion?

I'm a Druid, a Pagan, a Witch, and a Unitarian Universalist. I guess that falls under the underwhelming "other" category in the boxy categories you probably have to stick people in for this.

Do you agree or disagree with vaccinations? And why?

Not sure what there is to agree or disagree about. They exist, they are a thing. Like all things, they come with strengths and weaknesses depending on point of view. My culture uses them. I am not interested in opposing their use, and nor am I interested in advocating them. They could go away and I would not care. They are not the cause of things I perceive to be problems... only symptoms of them.

Did your religion affect your view on vaccinations?

My religion impacts my views on everything. Honestly, referring to "my religion" and "my views" as if they are different things is quite odd. Religion is one's way of life, which necessarily includes one's views.

Does your religion say anything particular about vaccinations?

Not in the sense you mean by the question. This question presupposes centralized teachings or dogmas, which the religions I identify with lack.

Do you agree with the view on vaccinations in your religion?

Not applicable.

Have you ever searched if you are allowed to have vaccinations in your religion, for example verses in your holy books?

Not applicable.

If you had what do these verses state and what are the principles?

Not applicable.

Have you ever gotten a vaccine religious exemption? If so for what vaccine?

Nope.

Are you afraid of the effects of any of the vaccines? If so what vaccine?

Nope. I make a point of not living in a state of fear. It's unhealthy.

1. Yes, those that you are recommended to get as a child. None afterwards, though, I go to the doctor very rarely.

2. Pantheistic Satanism.

3. Agree in most cases. According to current scientific knowledge, they can prevent certain otherwise dangerous diseases, and might even lead to elimination of those diseases. There can be cases where I wouldn't agree to get vaccinated, e.g. if the vaccination has a significant risk involved and is against a disease I'm not very likely to get.

4. No. Or yes, as @Quintessence said,
referring to "my religion" and "my views" as if they are different things is quite odd.

5. No. Well, it says, use reason and question everything, so it both tells me to put certain trust in science and to be careful to not simply believe anything. When I get a vaccination next time I might do some research beforehand, but I'm no physician myself so I might not be able to judge whether a vaccination is of advantage or disadvantage.

6. Yes, as this view is based on some of the basic principles of my religion.

7. Not actively searched, and we don't have holy books or any external authorities telling us what our religion allows. But I read other Satanists writing about that topic on their websites, and I think all I encountered were pro-vaccination.

8. See 7.

9. No, and I don't think such is available in my country. Vaccination isn't obligatory here anyway, only recommended.

10. None explicitly. I have heard of certain theories regarding dangers of vaccination, but since many of them seem to be debunked and didn't make much sense to me from a scientific point of view, I don't tend to put much trust in them.
There are certain vaccinations, though, that involve a known risk, but I don't know which ones.
