From the link:

"The fourth continuum reflects how the person regards complexity. Judging types will thrive when information is organized and structured, and they will be motivated to complete assignments to gain closure. Perceiving types will flourish in a flexible learning environment in which they are stimulated by new and exciting ideas"

huumm I think I am a bit of both

You have slight preference of Extraversion over Introversion (22%)
You have moderate preference of Intuition over Sensing (38%)
You have slight preference of Thinking over Feeling (19%)
You have moderate preference of Perceiving over Judging (33%)

I'd say that I'm more ambivert though, considering I don't mind being alone or with someone.

I voted slight extravert rather than moderate. Basically the nature of my work, the fact I have a family with two kids 5 and under, and the very outgoing nature of my wife's family (not so much my wife) means I have been forced to become more extraverted over the years. But I still LOVE my quiet time...it's just rare.

I voted strong introvert on the poll. There are certain times when I feel like being around people and thoroughly enjoy it, but most of the time I feel like being alone. It can really agitate me to be around a lot of people, or just a few people depending on my mood, and its easy for me to experience sensory overload. I link this up with another interesting type of person called a Highly sensitive person.

Aron's work is referenced in the book I'm reading - Quiet by Susan Cain.
