I'm not sure what you mean by sixth body.Hmm... in my study, intuition is what is called the sixth body (of seven, in ascending order). Maybe “older” doesn’t indicate “lower?” (Scratches head)

How to strengthen is simple.I figure we can strengthen our intuition
Sometimes my reason and my intuition conflict. I ask myself what the subject matter is. If it has to do with people, I trust my intuition over my reason. If it has to do with a matter of science, I trust my reason.Thanks. I appreciate the comment.
I usually get small ones daily and I just shrug. Sometimes I say thank you and other times I say that's weird. A lot of times I'd attribute it to my deceased aunt and grandmother. I went to a spiritual workshop at my church half a year ago and afterwards, we all felt a since of awe and connection. Made everything seem "right." It last for the night.
I figure we can strengthen our intuition-some say connection with god, consciousness, or so have you-though for the non-religious it's a wide playing ground.
