Irony of the evolutionary belief

That is why logic really doesn't play a part in the minds of some believers in evolution as if that's how we all came about, although I can understand their viewpoints (sometimes). Gorillas remain gorillas, chimps stay as chimps.
Have you already forgotten that you've told us that philosophy is "incomprehensible" to you?
And now you're lecturing people on logic???

I find it funny and sad at the same time that you feel it's not a rational argument. Would you say it's realistic as far as you are concerned to summarize the theory of evolution that all humans are headed for death from the moment they take their first breath?
No.

Evolution is the change in allele frequencies in populations over time.

This is about the 900th time I've informed you of this.
Which brings to another subject, but I'll leave that for now. Except to mention the scientists promoting the Doomsday Clock predictions. Closer than ever -- As the saying goes, Let us eat, drink, and be merry -- you know? Going back to the certainty of what the theory of evolution teaches in conjunction with the Doomsday Clock and the fact that some people deny the fact that lava flow can certainly move sediment...:) I hope all is going smoothly for you as life flows.
Ummmm ... don't know what to make of this.

Nope I asked you for a reason.
I wanted your expert facts.

So if you want to just ignore me that's fine. But that says more about your position then it does my question.
I'm not answering because it is, in my opinion, maybe not yours, a ridiculous question. :) So -- have a good day. Your question also tells me a lot about your mindset. Bye again. P.S. ask someone else maybe they can help you.

yeah well I haven't read any history of leprechauns as I do read about God and his people in the Bible.
Okay, so on that basis, since you can read Homer and the other Greeks, who also wrote very much, then you must believe in the gods of their pantheon, mustn't you? You know, Zeus, Hera, Poseidon, Demeter, Athena, Apollo, Artemis, Ares, Hephaestus, Aphrodite, Hermes, and either Hestia or Dionysus. The Romans also wrote tons, and they appear to have believed in these gods, too -- just giving them Latin names - Jupiter, Juno, Mars, Mercury, Neptune, Venus, Apollo, Diana, Minerva, Ceres, Vulcan, and Vesta.

Clearly I am not.

I guarantee you that that isn't the case.

Nope.
It's a claim. Claims require evidence.

The claim itself is the hypothesis

I'm skipping the rest because it's just a trippling down of the same error.

You continue to confuse the claim with evidence.
Claims aren't evidence.
Claims require evidence.
@Dan From Smithville Already explained to you that “claims” from people that are likely to be well informed count as evidence...............why is he wrong?

A few weeks ago you claimed that you are a father, and everybody grants that “claim” as evidence that you really are a father because in that context you were likely not lying nor mistaken .

In other words given your claim, I am roughly 95% to 99%% sure that you are a father and I would bet my money accordingly…………. Before your claim I would been “agnostic” perhaps yes perhaps no, who knows, I wouldn’t bet

And there is nothing in the definition of evidence (ether your definition or any other definition that I have seen) that excludes “all claims” from being evidnece

Yet you are saying thast you think it's a God. So this suggests a hypocrisy that we can't assume a natural cause (since natural causes are observed and all that we can say exist), but you get to assume a cause that isn't even plausible.

Occam's Razor says a natural cause is most likley.

I never said any such thing.

I never said this either.

It is a matter of what the facts say, not world views. Your's not only lacks facts, but is contrary to fact. That's why your's is irrelevant.

Good for you. But it's more than that. As you continue to believe in your idea of God you have to reconcile that it created cancers, and it kills children. That is your burden, and it must feel stressful. It's also the trap that religion imposed on you and other believers.

Cancer exists. Your idea of God? Not so much. But you being correct in your world view means your God is a sociopath and mass murderer.
This is way off topic form the OP

I´ll offer you the same thing I offered @It Aint Necessarily So

1 lets make a new thread

2 lets talk about the origin of the universe

My only conditions are

1 you have to define a clear and unabigous position

2 you have to present evidence for that position (íll provide evidence for mine)

3 we can have a nice dialogue and see who has the best evidence

4 with universe I mean “all physical reality” (or the natural world, or the cosmos, or pick any word tat you like ) …….. my point is that I am not limiting the concept of “universe” just to our local bubble.

If you don’t like these conditions then propose something different

There is good evidence in favor of the existence of God, and zero (or very little) evidence for leprechauns

This is why I would believe in God and not in leprechauns

I disagree. And I even believe in Deities. I just think nay evidence you present will be insincere as it is every other time I've read someone's response here.

Again, a question that I feel is based on very poor reasoning. Be that as it may (In other words, whether you agree or not) -- have a nice day. :)

And now for the finale -- can you provide some of that "good evidence in favor of the existence of God?" Hear-say is not evidence, just to set the stage properly. So all hear-say will be objected to and sustained automatically, and may be ignored.

Well what would you accept as evidence for God, or more specific what would you accept as evidence that God created the universe?

In my opinion The best piece of evidence that is the fine tuning of the universe.
