I have noticed that this seems to be the case, whether at a party or supermarket.

What do you think?

Although, when I was on the dating scene, a woman who was unattractive, or homely, often became likeable once I hung around them or talked to them on a daily basis, such as at work or something.

Always remember. There is someone for everyone. It's just a matter of it coming to pass.

I think they are treated more politely by people who don't know them, or who only know them a little bit, but once you get into serious relationships, I don't think there is really a difference

Yes, absolutely. There are studies to prove it. Attractive people also earn more and are considered more credible than unattractive people.

Successful people or those that are perceived to be important are treated better as well.

Since they get get better treatment, they end up with a more optimistic view of the world aswell. I think its the strangest of standards.
