I don't think people are in general less dangerous than one another, we're all infected with Original Sin to the bones, or as St. Thomas says "made of spoiled matter." Believers in Jesus and those who do not believe in Him can both commit murder for the right amount of money.

The first one is very rare so I doubt any (really the overwhelming majority of humans who have existed have not) since atheists are a minority (I think, last time I checked they were). The second probably quite a few (although still a minority of the atheist population throughout history), for the lack of belief in deities does not preclude political ideologies. Politics being one of the spheres of life in my opinion (and manifestly in many others, considering they have done the following) worth dying and even killing over at times.

Fortunately, they are few in number compared to those who would not kill anyone for any amount of money.

Unfortunately, though, a lot of people will let someone else do the killing so long as they get their share of the money.

Flying planes into buildings may be rare but it happened and it wasn't an atheist.
Atheists don't harass distressed people outside family planning clinics.

Atheists I'm sure do bad things but not in the name of non-belief.
Fact there are more religious people in jail than non-believers and that is true if you take a proportion of the population.
