well this is america and you can do what you want....

but tzitzit is a mitzvah of the Torah meant only for the jews...often it is a symbol of an observant jew and to wear them is, i think, an awesome responsibility

well during the morning service at the part of the "Shema" where the Book of Numbers talks about the mitzvot of wearing Tzitzit you kiss the tzitzit each time the word is used in the scripture. aside from that...not really....it's really there to act as a reminder...

The Lord spoke to Moses, saying, "Speak to the children of Israel and tell them to make for themselves tzitzit ("fringes") on the corners of their garments throughout their generations, putting a thread of blue upon the corner tzitzit. They will be for you tzitzit, you will see them and be reminded of all the Lord's commandments, and do them, and not turn aside toward your hearts and your eyes and stray after them.
