Is it legal to use subliminal propaganda?

From what I've read about subliminal messaging, it seems pretty simple to do, so I was thinking I could use it to advertise communism.
Specifically, I'm making a map for a strategy game and was planning on putting pro-communist subliminal messaging in the intro.

Assuming that this is even possible, would it be legal?
