Yeah, it's starting to look like every other infotainment adfest on the internet. I don't blame people for trying to generate ad revenue from traffic. However, with my practiced eye, each of these changes seems to result in a noticeable decrease in user generated content. If anything, the quality has certainly suffered over the last couple of years.

That's my view. It's really getting to be a put off.

Technically I probably would have dumped the forum with the first pop up. Being it's a reccuring plea to become a paid member and rather being, albeit irritating ( which is the reason for it being there I suppise) , that would be my incentive and que to book on out until it passes if ever.

Looks like some old. "promises" are getting broken for limiting the ad clutter on the site.

At least I'm getting more insight as to why we are just plastered left and right with annoying addys throughout all our waking moments and activities occupying every nook and cranny to a point someday, where there will be nothing left ad free anywhere in free use society. *grin*

The ads at the right side of the screen are rather discreet, however the Taboola ad is rather overwhelming.
