Probably in reference to how people know the republican party as the racist party. She's pointing out how white the party is. America isn't white. She's essentially insinuating that these 5 white guys won't represent all of America.

Well, certain media outlets won't announce the fact that she's talking about white men deciding on DACA without any minority input.
I think opinions on all sides familiar with the topic should be included.
