Is it true that not all Jews have been punished for the crucifixion of Jesus

Is it true that Jews who followed Jesus would go to paradise; but those who condemned, crucified, and killed Jesus will be punished on the last day of judgement: For such people would either go to perdition or be destroyed (Revelation 20:10-15, 21:8)?

I believe the scriptures indicate that Jews or non-Jews who followed Jesus go to Paradise and Jews, Romans, or anyone else who condemned and crucified Jesus without repenting and turning to Him as their Savior will go to perdition at the final judgment.

Why would Jews who didn't join in the crucifixion of Jesus be punished for it?
Perhaps I'm not understanding your question.

No, I said only the ones who crucified Jesus would be punished; but it would be the lesser of two evils not to follow Jesus; and the penalty for such people would be lighter than corresponding penalty for those who crucified him.

The penalty for those who crucified him would be far greater than being punished for not following Jesus.

But of course, those who followed Jesus to accept him as their saviour would go straight to paradise.

Oh I see. Yes I agree with that.

Perdition?

Is that all???

But what about annihilation and oblivion, which is implied by Revelation 20:15?

Surely, the condemnation, crucifixion, and death of Jesus would be regarded as serious enough for those people to deserve the "death penalty" at the final judgement?

We also need to remember the issue of Redemtion. A classic case being Saul/Paul, who literally persecuted the Christians, not a good character early on.

True.

But perhaps, certain crimes are beyond redemption; which is why annihilation (oblivion) is a REAL alternative to perdition on the last day of judgement.

As far as the Bible is concerned, there are only two kinds of penalty at the final judgement: either, perdition or the "death penalty".

Basically, there are only three options available at the second resurrection: Paradise; perdition; or the "death penalty".

Yes. But even those Jews who persecuted, condemned and killed Jesus can be saved, if they repent.

If nobody had persecuted, condemned, and killed Jesus there would be no Resurrection or Salvation.

Somebody had to do it. If there were a God who could accomplish this on His own the Passion of Christ would be meaningless. He'd have done it right after Noah's flood.

Precisely.

But what if they don't repent?

According to Revelation 20:15 & 21:8 there are some who are too hardened to repent; and by definition, those will be exterminated at the time of second resurrection (final judgement).

For example, it's common knowledge that many believe Barack Obama to be the "worst president in the history of America"; and Obama has wilfully broken the law on numerous occasions, which is deliberately done behind the scene so as to avoid the public attention. And it's common knowledge that he won't repent of his sins.

By definition, Obama will be amongst those consigned to the lake of fire and lake of burning sulphur in Revelation 20:15 & 21:8.

according to Jesus, the Jews of his day will be resurrected into the same paradise as everyone else.

Why would ALL Jews be punished? Or all Romans, for that matter? If they're all going to hell, then so are we since we all crucify Jesus in our hearts when we don't practice love towards God and charity towards all others.

I fail to see what Obama has to do with this subject, as well.
