Is it true that not all Romans have been punished for the crucifixion of Jesus

Is it true that Romans who have converted to Christianity to accept Jesus as their saviour would go to paradise; but those who've been implicated with the crucifixion and death of Jesus will be punished on the final day of judgement: For those responsible will either go to perdition or be destroyed by God's wrath (Revelation 20:10-15, 21:8)?

I have no reason to think that 'all Romans' would be punished for the crucifixion of Jesus.

No, only the ones directly implicated with the death of Jesus would be punished.

Since God is righteous, it stands to reason He would never punished those who're not to blame for the death of Jesus.

Agreed. This would also relate to the fact that something akin to "Roman' in definition is merely a nationality, language etc, not a literal group of shared responsibility.

Agreed. I reject the idea of "corporate sin" which some Christians apparently use to explain why ALL of mankind is responsible for the crucifixion of Jesus.

Shared characteristics such as nationality, language, and cultural identity doesn't imply every Roman would be responsible for the crucifixion of Jesus.

Likewise, the fact that ALL people are sinners doesn't mean to say we're all responsible for the crucifixion of Jesus.

Furthering this topic, Yoheshuah also had not only Jewish & Israelite followers, but 'Gentile' followers. It is clear that Yeshuas message is all encompassing, in the 'Antiquities', for instance, authored by Josephus, he mentions this fact.
Further indication that condemnation is not some 'group' thing, as Romans were early Christians as well.
