Is Passover celebrated on Nisan 14th or 15th?

Do jews slaughter and eat the paschal lamb on nisan 14th (nightfall/evening) or 15th (nightfall/evening)?

If it is slaughtered and eaten in the 14th, then what do the jews have in their seder meal on 15th, other than matzah?

Traditionally the lamb was slaughtered on the 14th and eaten on the evening that evening--sunset is the beginning of the next day, so that would be Nissan 15. There is no temple so there is no Pesach Corban (sacrifice of the lamb). Some Jews eat lamb as part of their Passover meal. Other Jews feel that this is inappropriate since there is no Pesach sacrifice. I usually have chicken. The seder plate always has a lamb shank bone on it to recall the sacrifice. I created a thread about Passover, you can find more detail there.
