Maybe some Christian denominations would discourage or even forbid this, but the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (i.e. Mormon) encourages us to become as educated as possible about a wide variety of subjects -- including the beliefs of other religious groups.

Acts 17:
22 Paul then stood up in the meeting of the Areopagus and said: “People of Athens! I see that in every way you are very religious. 23 For as I walked around and looked carefully at your objects of worship, I even found an altar with this inscription: TO AN UNKNOWN GOD. So you are ignorant of the very thing you worship—and this is what I am going to proclaim to you.

i posted a new thread in debate forum , but i just add these questions to it because we the muslims believe in one God and believe in Bible is from God and we believe in major Prophets and messangers that you believe .
1-is there any verse of Bible considerate the muslims as disbelievers ?

2-if we believe in one God and all the prophets and believe that Torah is from God , is not enough to be believers in the view of the Christainity?

3-what is the conditions that make someone (believe in One God , and Jesus (pbuh) and the prophets and holy books , and 10 commandaments ) not believer in the view of the christianity ?

Do you 'know' or believe?
Not explicitly... though they once did their utmost to either prevent such books from being created, to destroy them or to control all access to them.

The emphasis on Jesus Christ's (not christ but Christ) divinity is often used as a means in traditional Christianity to have separated believers and disbelievers to the extent of once it was considered that anyone who did not believe Jesus was the Son of God and God the Son would be punished for all eternity... these days that interpretation is less common.

I want Khilafah back
I have been told by a couple of Jehovah's Witnesses that anyone who doesn't accept Jesus peace be upon him as ones savior then such a person is a non-believer, an Anti-Christ to put it in their words.

Going against Jesus peace be upon him, not believing what the Bible says about him, makes one an Anti-Christ. (That's what I was told and it's actually true, if one doesn't accept Jesus as the savior then they are non-believers)

Any religion that "forbids" a person to read other books, study or think for themselves is doomed to failure. The Christian church has certainly tried, in the past, to dissuade such activity, but they cannot forbid it and retain any patina of credibility. I think the church today (hopefully) is grasping a broader view. Too many young people are leaving in higher numbers, and are not returning as they did in days gone by. The church must loosen their rigid dogma if they want to have any chance of thriving. JMHO

I don't believe so. I have read the Qur'an and some Hindu scriptures and haven't been smited yet.

Here is a verse from Ezekiel that I think answers your question:
Ezekiel 44:23 And they shall teach my people the difference between the holy and profane, and cause them to discern between the unclean and the clean.

Basically if you read the Qur'an or some other text, it might make your faith stronger or show you the truth.

No. The books of the bible predate muslims.

You'll get different answers from different christians.

3-what is the conditions that make someone (believe in One God , and Jesus (pbuh) and the prophets and holy books , and 10 commandaments ) not believer in the view of the christianity ?
Many christians (particularly more conservative christians) would define a "believer" as someone who believes the Apostles' Creed. (I disagree with that definition. Furthermore, I would not be considered a believer by that definition, because I disagree with, or am skeptical about, some parts of this creed.)

Apostles' Creed: (Text of the creed in bold, explanation in green)
"I believe in God, the Father Almighty, Creator of Heaven and earth;"
God is a loving (our father), supreme (almighty) deity. He existed before the world, creating it and creating us.

"and in Jesus Christ, His only Son Our Lord, "
Jesus is the second Person in the Holy Trinity. He is the Messiah (the Christ).

"Who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary,"
Mary never had sex, and yet she gave birth to Jesus. He was conceived not of the union between a woman and a man, but through God's own power and the consent of a woman.

"suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried."
Pontius Pilate had him whipped and executed. Jesus, our Lord and God, died. His body was placed within a tomb.

"He descended into Hell; the third day He rose again from the dead; "
Before Jesus, the gates of Heaven were barred. When He died, He joined the dead who were not yet able to ascend into heaven. On the third day after His death, Jesus was resurrected. He conquered death and returned to life.

"He ascended into Heaven, and sitteth at the right hand of God, the Father almighty;"
After 40 days on Earth, Jesus ascended into Heaven and opened its gates to all the righteous. He resides there with God, the "first born" (the first into heaven) amongst all people.

"from thence He shall come to judge the living and the dead."
Jesus will decide who may enter Heaven and who is left outside.

"I believe in the Holy Spirit,"
The third Person of the Trinity. The Messenger, Intercessor, and Spirit of God.

"the holy Catholic Church"
The Church Jesus established on Earth through Peter, open to all people.

"the communion of saints,"
All holy people, living and dead, are eternally united in the body of Christ.

"the forgiveness of sins,"
With repentance, all our offenses may be forgiven. We are likewise called to forgive the offenses of those who hurt us.

"the resurrection of the body and life everlasting. "
At the Second Coming, all the dead shall be resurrected and their spirits united with their bodies. We shall live with God in Heaven forever.
