I really don't see any difference in meaning. The translations, differences of opinions and word meanings has caused a lot of confusion in Christianity and in those trying to understand Christianity. Misunderstandings over archaic languages and wordings and understandings in the Bible is unfortunate. What is the difference, if any, between the "Kingdom of God" and, the "Kingdom of heaven"?

My preferred spiritual teachers are from modern times; and there are plenty believe me. It also seems a shame to me that so many people seem to connect religion and spirituality with ancient texts and figures. Do they think God or spirit or whatever is not alive today with people who speak modern languages?Unfortunate for sure. These misunderstandings being the reason for countless denominations and interpretations. And some if not many lay claim to being more enlightened than others. It surely can be confusing.
The definition of a kingdom is a government.
As the Kingdom of England is a government, or the Kingdom of Jordan is a government .
The Kingdom of God ( God's kingdom - Daniel 2:44; Matthew 24:14 ) is a real government.
God's kingdom government will be governed by Christ Jesus for a thousand years over Earth - 1 Corinthians 15:24-26; Revelation 22:2
The Kingdom of Heaven also includes God's and angelic proper heavenly dwelling place, and that its governmental rule is at hand.
So, there's no difference between the two?
The phrase ' the kingdom of God ' is used often by Mark and Luke, whereas in Matthew's parallel phrase is stated ' the kingdom of the heavens '
- Mark 10:23; Luke 18:24 with Matthew 19:23-24
Matthew use both kingdoms
Matthew 19:23-24 (ESV Strong's) 23 And Jesus said to his disciples, “Truly, I say to you, only with difficulty will a rich person enter the kingdom of heaven. 24 Again I tell you, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich person to enter the kingdom of God.”
