Hoping there is some people who are very knowledgeable on their religious text, as using Google isn't specific enough....

Looking for any references to a prophetic snare, that shall catch out the workers of iniquity in some way, it maybe much earlier established....

Some of the main religions, feel there might be some references are:
  • Hinduism concerning Shiva, Skanda and the end of Kali Yuga.
  • Zoroastrianism concerning Saoshyant.
  • Judaism/Christianity already aware of what is stated.
  • Islam interested if there are any Hadiths or additional sources on it.
  • Any other prophetic based religions are welcome.
  • :innocent:

No matter what religious encyclopedia you use, it is my opinion that there is an interpretative snare in all of them, especially regarding the Stories of Creation, if the texts don´t connects to real cosmological issues.

Most of the cosmological issues are huge scholarly underestimations of the ancient knowledge which includes informations and explanations of the Milky Way creation.

I'm not sure what you're asking. You mean some sort of judgement after a period of prolonged degradation? If you mean that, that is a concept that exists in Hellenic religion when it comes to the idea of there being Ages of humanity (Gold, Silver, Bronze, Iron, etc.). When humanity reaches a profound state of depravity, then the Gods will get sick of it, wipe humans out and start over. We have stories of a Great Deluge sent by Zeus when He got fed up with human evils, but Prometheus saved a couple of humans.

It may be you're thinking of the Judgement Day belief common in several religions... such as the Chinvat bridge mentyioned in Zoroastrian scripture:

The Religion, innate wisdom and wisdom acquired
through the ears, and the instruction of, and guidance for all
who are, were, and will be, and the science of sciences, viz.,
the bountiful Manthra, so that the soul at the Chinwad bridge
may be released from hell, and may cause them to pass over the

(The Zend-Avesta, Khorda Avesta - Book of Common Prayer pt. 2)

In Hadith:

Then a bridge will be laid across Hell (Fire)' I and my followers will be the first
ones to go across it and none will speak on that Day except the Apostles. And the
invocation of the Apostles on that Day will be, 'O Allah, save! Save!' In Hell (or
over The Bridge) there will be hooks like the thorns of As-Sa'dan (thorny plant).

(Hadith, Bukhari Vol 9)

Then the "Resurrection" appeared, the "Day of Judgment" became manifest, the "earth" heaved and shook, the "mountains" were levelled, the "seas" boiled, the "sun" was eclipsed, the "luminaries" were darkened, the "stars" scattered, the "signs" became known, the "bridge" expanded, the "conditions" were fulfilled, the "balance" was set up, the "fire" burned fiercely and the "paradise" became begemmed! -- wherefore the devoted ones entered into delectable gardens with beatitude and the veiled ones were left to amuse themselves with their own imaginations; the possessors of perception beheld the lights and those whose eyes were weak vanished in gloomy darkness before the appearance of the mid-day Sun!
