This could be circumvented. Don't take the money and ignore the idiots. Yet they fall heads over heels to collect it.
And mind you they most probably don't collect the money because they are poor and starve.
It's just what it is, Gypsies.
Though its personally very surprising to see so many of them and not a single one is handicapped. (this is pretty much a European inside joke)
