If you think they are struggling then you are wrong. Only last week they were recruiting in Washington State Dept and calling for Jihad against the infidel West in Arabic.
Is the term ‘recruiting’ changing its definition to mean to force people to join your cause? lol
That could be why they are weakening. Fear will only work for so long, if that is your ONLY tool to get people to join your ‘cause.’
Maybe you should be watching their TV channels to get to know more about the truth of them.
They are not weakening by any means. They are recruiting all sorts and it is not out of fear you travel 1000's of miles to join them. You do it because you have lost your mind to their ideology and support any measures to unseat the Egyptian president who the USA hate.
That type of behavior still has fear as its driver.
Fear of what exactly?
who?Fear of them, and their agenda.
Part of the propaganda will be to deny weaknesses and boast of strength...how groups like this (and dictators) like to work.
The goonies who come from distant foreign countries eat this up. The ones who are snatched up from villages have very unsavory ultimatums given them.
There are the ignorant who are recruited in beingges. There are the European youth Metallica DJ's who fancy some free sex with young virgin girls. There are the European University students who fancy a gap year handling weaponry and know that the West has their back. There are the Americans who have a gun culture who fancy shooting live people instead of deer and rhino in Africa if they are not already practicing on them in the US army or members of the IDF. I can't see any yet who travel they all the way out of fear though. They are looking for excitement more than anything.
If you were there and they threatened to slaughter your family (aside from sister, wife, mother being kept for sale) unless you got on board and joined ranks...what would you say?
That is intense fear most people will never experience...it's not ignorance that compels them.
Another thing
Since when does the sun shine from both sides and cast shadows in 2 different directions?????
are you serious? If you were there and they threatened to slaughter your family (aside from sister, wife, mother being kept for sale) unless you got on board and joined ranks...what would you say?

I met people like the ones in ISIS during my couple years of journeying Iraq/Middle East. Most people would crap their pants and do as dictated. We saw this literally over and over again, even in detention centers.
No aspect of the U.S. military practices combat with live bodies...they may test out new or developmental toys.
