Why does Netanyahu have a Star of David around his neck? There are a multitude of cartoons where that is not the case because the most identifying characteristic is usually the face.
Also it's not the Israeli flag pattern around his neck, just the Star.

The military support Israel gets from the US is in form of gift cards. Israel can only buy American military goods with these gift cards.

It's quite literally a subsidy for US jobs.

Oh and if you stop the subsidies for Israel you have to stop the subsidies for Egypt who then go to the Chinese/Russians and then we are back in the middle of the cold war before Egypt switched camps.
